Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because our products are produced in multiple ways—including in-house made-to-order items and drop-shipped products from trusted partners—shipping times may vary depending on the items you purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
Made-to-Order / In-House Products
Some of our athletic apparel is made or customized in-house after you place your order.
Estimated production time:
- 3–7 business days before shipping
Once production is complete, your order will ship using the selected shipping method.
Drop-Shipped Products
Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment partners.
Estimated shipping time:
- 5–12 business days depending on supplier location and carrier.
These items may ship separately from other products in your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Destination
- Shipping carrier
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (U.S.)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Multiple Shipments
Because some items are produced in-house while others are fulfilled by external partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
